I need a place that offers clean rooms and lots to do for kids of various age levels. Mid price is ok.
Where is a GREAT place to stay in the Grand Strand?
any idea what part of the strand? Lots of choices....what kind of facilities would you like?

And to expand on Daddio%26#39;s question-are you looking for constant entertainment options, if so, then staying in MB on N Ocean Blvd to S Ocean Blvd would offer few more options from the Family Kingdom funpark on Ocean Blvd, go few miles and you have a Waterpark, Nascar fun Park, putt putt options. You will also encounter more traffic and more noise. If you rather have a more family oriented area, that still includes putt-putt, and the above options you can drive to, then North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove section. You always have option to rent condo.
Do you want ocean front, or is 2nd row or further back okay. Tons and tons of options, of course you did not mention time of year, by now many resorts are booked for summer.
The Grand Strand is over 60 miles long.
There are several choices that fit your description.
Kids believe it or not aren%26#39;t that picky when it comes to attractions. It%26#39;s usually us older ones that want more. They will be satisfied with just a pool with a waterfall or something.
You will have to drive to most of the attractions that aren%26#39;t necessarily pool or water activities. I suggest.......
-Breakers Paradise Towers (www.breakers.com)
-Compass Cove Resort (www.compasscove.com)
-Dunes Village (www.dunesvillage.com)
-Kingston Plantation (www.kingstonplantation.com)
-Long Bay Resort (www.longbayresort.com)
-Island Vista (formerly Sea Island Inn) www.islandvista.com
-Ocean Reef Resort (www.oceanreefmyrtlebeach.com)
These are all pretty centrally located and near some of my kids favorite places. Like Broadway at the Beach, Nascar Speedpark. You will still have to drive to everything else.
Oh yeah you didn%26#39;t mention if you wanted to be oceanfront. That will make a big difference in the price of the room and availability.
