Check out Vacation Rentals.com; Fred Holland Rentals; Dunes Properties. We really liked the condo we stayed at in July (Pavilion Watch through Dunes Properties). In addition to having direct beach access, we also had use of the pool. Request their brochures...all the rental compamies have them. You can get a good idea of what the houses and condos look like then.
