Family vacation...ages 76 to 9, where to stay?

Now my parents and brother are considering going with us to HH for a family reunion. There are 3 teens and two 9 yr. olds. Location would be our first concern. A great place either on the beach or very close to it. We would want to be in the center of actitvites for the teens. Maybe a place where we could each have our own villa but be close to each other. Any suggestions?

We have travelled to HH frequently over the last 16 ears and many times my Grandparents came with us- who were in their late 70%26#39;s early 80%26#39;s. For us- having a walk-out condo on the ground floor was ideal- no steps to worry about. Ocean One , PD Beach Villas, Captains walk and Queens Grant are where we stayed with them. Queens Grant being the most inconvienient- to far from the beach. We loved Ocean One and the condos near it.

I%26#39;d recommend Shipyard Plantation and the Beachwalk villas, which are the ones closest to the beach. Shipyard is centrally located and you can walk or ride bikes to the Coligny shopping area. Almost all of the Beachwalk villas are rented by the week and you should easily be able to have several within the complex. Beachwalk has it%26#39;s own pool, so it is never very crowded and has a walkway down to the beach. Because Shipyard is a gated plantation, it is far more quiet and private and secure. Not all villas are in plantations.
