Locals, do you know if this resort has opened yet? There is suppose to be 2 buildings with a 5 acre park in between,,,,,,,,,,any sign of this? Any information would be very welcomed. How far would you say it is from the Sea Island?

The Dunes Village Resort
One building was fully operational back in November with the other still being worked on.The water park was open also.Good choice.
Its about 1 mile from Sea Island heading south.Next door to Beach Colony.
