I traded a long time ago for Island Watch for March 10-19. We all play tennis, (its free here) wanted to do the beach thing, it got good reviews and seemed to be near a lot of stuff.
Fast forward- My 12 yr old is now a top tennis player and seems like he%26#39;d benefit at one of the plantation programs. And i just got a letter from RCI telling me that the pool is closed til May.
NOw that i%26#39;ve read the plantation sticky and the weather thread, i%26#39;m not sure if I%26#39;ve maded a mistake in my choice of condo locations and time of year i%26#39;m visiting. Can anyone not staying at the plantations do the tennis programs? Is there enough for us to do w/out the pool open? we also have a 15 yr. old. THANKS!
Did I make a mistake in condo areas?
I%26#39;m sorry I took so long to answer, but i sort of missed this.
First of all. Do not worry about getting your 12 year old into a good tennis program. The world famous Van der Meer tennis center is here and located in South Forest Beach area.
Before I moved here and we vacationed only, we would have our son attend the Tennis Academy while we were here. He even boarded at the academy.
If he is a good player, he%26#39;ll find plenty of competition with Dennis and Pat.
You can get information and prices at vandermeertennis.com.
