Clinton, SC

I will be with a friend on business the week of Jan. 15, 2007 in Clinton, SC. Is there anything to do there for two curious women? I only know about the church, the college, and the museum, but we%26#39;re looking for somewhere to get into some mischief. Any help? What are the good restaurants there? Are there any decent taverns? Any ladies nights anywhere?

Clinton, SC

Clinton is a small, friendly town of approximately 10,000 folks. I haven%26#39;t been there in several years, but I don%26#39;t think that you will find much in the way of nightlife. From what I remember, the town is very family-oriented. There are a variety of pizza joints, BBQ places, chain restaurants - most of what you would find in a small college town. The college there is a church-affiliated school (run by the Presbyterian Church).
