Need Help

We wil be travelling to MB in early July, 2 adults, 3 teenagers, 16,14,13. We would like a 2 BR condo, oceanfront. have been looking at hampton, but unsure if location is good? Is it the busy section of MB? Also looking at island Vista. Would like a nice pool and lazy river. Any suggestions appreciated.

I think you would be happy with either or those properties...the Hampton Ocean Front has very good reviews, and even tho you will find those on this forum that prefer the more north or central end of MB, its not a bad location. A bit of construction going on down at that end of the beach currently, but I would think that most of that will be cleared (with the exception of Sea Mist) by July. In July, every section of the beach is a busy section....just some busier than others.

I%26#39;m one of those that prefer the Avenues area..which is where Island Vista is located. That property is quite a bit newer than the Hampton...and does sit by itself pretty much (small residential area on both sides) so the beach usally isnt as crowded. They have a pretty neat pool area, both covered and outside.

thanks for the info, I think we%26#39;ll try the Island vista. My husband prefers the more quiet end, if you can find one in July!!! But, like most families with kids in school, that%26#39;s when we travel.
